specs/crons: HOST launchd and cards for the Mac jobs

[gHashTag]

Adds launchd to the cron HOST vocabulary in specs/crons/README.md (schedule mapping, ID form, how to check a run) and 17 cards specs/crons/mac-*.t27: the ai.t27.* launch agents (relays-watch excluded, it retires to Railway queen-watch) and the crontab make doctor line in BrowserOS/trios. Schedules read from StartInterval / StartCalendarInterval on 2026-10-04. Two KeepAlive daemons (mail-bridge, mcp-hub) carry SCHEDULE = "" with a SCHEDULE_NOTE.

Generator and Queen support follow in gHashTag/trinity and gHashTag/BrowserOS. Merge this first.
