On 2026-10-04 every reviewer run ended on HTTP 504 for three hours and two watch ticks read it as transient. The watch had no written method outside one chat session. The tools it names are being written by the Queen's bees (#6086, #6087, #6056); until they land, the agent's round still runs with reviewer.py tick and /queen/status.

6764a9f27: the warden now runs without the chat that built it.

The scheduled task review-warden-round (every 2 h, odd hours at :37 local) loads this file from master, or from this branch until it merges, and runs one round.
The round keeps its own claim and ledger in ~/.local/state/review-warden/. It names the tools that are not on master by their installed copies (~/.local/share/t27-bees/reviewer.py, .../queen/criteria_backfill.py). It skips tri review-log, tri epic-ci and tri queen-log until the Queen's PRs for tri review-log: a health card from a window of the reviewer bee's own log (scripts/tri_loop/review_log.py) #6086, tri epic-ci: which checks of an epic's pull requests turned red since the last snapshot (scripts/tri_loop/epic_ci.py) #6087 and tri queen-log: a health card from a window of the Queen engine's own log (scripts/tri_loop/queen_log.py) #6056 land.
It reports on Review jam: reviewer bee as a service, merger that reads the bee's discounted checks, publisher heading that passes check #5776. It never uses the Queen's token (/queen/report, /queen/registry).

Same shape as t27c-steward (#6097) and queen-reel-keeper (999 #3590).
