Measured before writing it

t27#6055 and t27#6056 were filed as delegatable specs; the local copy of 999 spec-quality.ts said delegatable: yes. The Queen pushed queen-6055 (77a5c1247) and queen-6056 (6ba5126bc).
queen-6055:
- its test prints All tests passed!;
- the tool prints check:a-extra, check:c, unrun: 2 of 4 check:* scripts and exits 1, exactly as the spec asked.
queen-6056:
- the tool's card is word for word on the fixture;
- the test holds /workspace/t27/.worktrees/queen-6056/... and prints Results: 0/3 tests passed from any other checkout;
- on a real 500-line window it prints dispatches: 0 while the log holds 7 Queen queued a bee for a runner. That was the spec's fault: it named a Queen dispatch line that the engine never writes.
Sending it back: tri queen-log: a health card from a window of the Queen engine's own log (scripts/tri_loop/queen_log.py) #6056 was edited to version 2 at about 12:42Z, with three criteria added. The Queen logged Queen queued a bee for a runner for issue 6056 at 12:46:29Z.

The bee's counter therefore read 0 on every real window. - The bee's test held its own container path. After the issue was edited at 12:42Z, the Queen queued a new bee at 12:46Z.
