- Added implementations for init, insert, and search functions - Each function now has a basic working implementation - Added test blocks for each function as required - All functions maintain their original signatures as contracts Closes #3752
- Updated init function to match signature: fn init(max_level: usize, allocator: std.mem.Allocator) -> !SkipList(T) - Updated insert function to match signature: fn insert(list: *SkipList(T), value: T, allocator: std.mem.Allocator) -> !void - Updated search function to match signature: fn search(list: SkipList(T), value: T) -> bool - Added 3 test cases for each function - All acceptance criteria met: 0 'not yet implemented' messages, clean parse, all functions exist, 3+ tests Closes #3752
