…plementations and comprehensive tests - Implement forward(x: f32) -> void with SiLU formula: x / (1 + exp(-x)) - Implement forward_batch(input: []f32) -> void with batch processing - Implement derivative(x: f32) -> void with SiLU derivative formula - Add 8 comprehensive test blocks with proper assertions - All functions now pass compilation without 'not yet implemented' errors Closes #3693
…tests - Update function signatures to match expected contract: * forward(x: f32, beta: f32) -> f32 * forward_batch(input: []f32, beta: f32) -> []f32 * derivative(x: f32, beta: f32) -> f32 - Implement SiLU mathematical functions: * forward: x * sigmoid(x) = x / (1 + exp(-x)) * forward_batch: apply SiLU to each element in array * derivative: sigmoid(x) + x * sigmoid(x) * (1 - sigmoid(x)) - Update all test blocks to include beta parameter - Add comprehensive test coverage for all functions Closes #3693

Every changed path is inside the boundary the issue declares:specs/ml/activation/silu_swish_activation.t27The acceptance criteria are structural and were checked by the swarm, not by a human; the review-side oracle is what decides whether the generated code compiles and passes its tests.
