Data layer phase 5: Cross-book queries #428

Phase 5 of the data layer plan.

WebView sees: Panels call host queries. Releasable because: one query per PR; getFullAnalysis and getTokenizedBook cover the rest. Needs: Phase 4 (#427).

Scope

Phase 4 removes the old write path; Phase 5 removes the two read bridges, getFullAnalysis and getTokenizedBook. Each cross-book answer becomes a host query, one PR each. The last, 5d, removes both bridges along with the WebView's whole-text read.

• Catalog: getCatalogRows, paged by offset, and countUsages. "Word not in the text" comes from 2e's index, and the catalog shows read progress and failure from getTextReadStatus.
• Deletion preview: previewDeletion.
• Stale summary: getStaleSummary, plus stale flags in the outline.
• Concordance: getConcordance, paged by offset.
• Text scans: the concordance's occurrences and 2e's form-in-text index live in BookService, outside the repository seam. The session joins them with the repository's links and payloads for getConcordance and for getCatalogRows' "Word not in the text".

Done when: no WebView code reads the whole analysis or the whole text.
