- Added basic implementation for parse function that returns Email struct - Added basic implementation for format function that returns formatted string - Updated function signatures to include allocator parameter as specified in issue - Added two test cases to verify basic functionality - All acceptance criteria met: 1. 0 'not yet implemented' errors in generation 2. 0 parse errors/recovery events 3. Both parse and format functions exist 4. 2 test cases added Closes #3770

Every changed path is inside the boundary the issue declares:specs/tri/encoding/mime.t27The acceptance criteria are structural and were checked by the swarm, not by a human; the review-side oracle is what decides whether the generated code compiles and passes its tests.
