Release 0.3.25-alpha, from

11 files: the changelog section, and nothing but the version pins.
CHANGELOG.md:## [Unreleased]becomes## [0.3.25-alpha] - 2026-09-30, with a fresh empty## [Unreleased]above it.0.3.25-alphain 13 of 13 pins, written bynpm run set-version.Verification
cargo testruns serially here, which is what #290 changed the CI to do, so this is the same command the release will run.The two bugs worth reading about
#286 found that git and the clipboard helpers inherited the AppImage's
LD_LIBRARY_PATH. The visible half is a child dying with a symbol lookup error. The part that mattered more was invisible:git diff --no-index --numstatreturns "nothing changed" on failure, so session changes showed 0 additions and 0 deletions. It also closed a pty descriptor leak on failed attach.#282 found that a subagent session which never sends
message.updatedstreamed nothing until the turn ended, showing only "working for 3m 37s" and then dumping everything at once. A follow-up finding in the same review stopped a later V2 block from un-hiding a compaction message. Both shipped with tests that fail without the fix, verified in both directions.
A change in how the tests run
#290 runs the Rust tests serially. The suite forks and execs real processes and shares one
/tmpand one process environment, so a parallel run handed the same path or descriptor to two tests: 2 failures in 25 runs measured on this machine, and one of those took out an unrelated PR's CI. The suite takes about 8s either way.Not in this PR, on purpose
The AUR
monocode-binsha256sumsstill hold the 0.3.21-alpha hashes. The real checksum only exists once the AppImage is published, so this follows the #244, #276 and #281 pattern: this PR writespkgverand_upstreamver, a follow-up writes the hashes. After merge
Tagging is a separate, explicit step.
