@angular/build 21 has vitest ^4 as a peer. With vitest 5 (#100), npm 10 on Node 22 (this
repo CI) stops in npm ci with "Cannot read properties of null (reading edgesOut)".
@angular/build 22 accepts ^5, so vitest and @vitest/* majors wait for the Angular toolchain,
like @angular/* majors already do. No package changes, so no changeset.
