Homebrew 7.0.0 made macOS 14 Tier 3 with no bottles, so every dependency built from source there and nghttp2 now pulls llvm; the macOS jobs have failed in the Homebrew step since 2026-09-29. GitHub also removes the macos-14 runners on 2026-11-02, with brownouts from 2026-10-05.

The workflow still pinned the #109 feature branches from July, which lack ZEND_OBJECT_TRANSFER_RELEASE, so it no longer compiled. Both branches have long since landed; the TODO asked for exactly this.

Every macOS job has failed in
Install build dependencies (Homebrew)since 2026-09-29, PR #326 three times. Homebrew 7.0.0 made macOS 14 Sonoma Tier 3 ("upgrade to Sequoia 15+ for bottles"), so onmacos-14each dependency builds from source, andnghttp2now pullsopenssl@4andllvm: the jobs failed first on anopenssl@3lock whileopenssl@4built, then downloading thellvmsource.Separately, GitHub removes the macos-14 runners on 2026-11-02, with brownouts from 2026-10-05.
build-macos.yml,debug-macos-workers.ymlandctrl-c.ymlmove tomacos-15, Tier 1 for Homebrew. On this branch both build-macos jobs pass on macOS 15: 399 of 520 phpt executed, 0 failed, about 6 minutes each.
