Expose a controlled React renderer so dashboard hosts can display query activity, errors, and refresh controls outside the rendered content. Preserve stored artifact identity when opening artifacts from the sidebar and prevent a chat from appearing selected while a custom page is active.
react-lang: adduseRendererand the controller API, query refresh/error state, and loading-indicator improvements with documentation.react-headless/react-ui: pass the stored artifact ID to parsers and correct chat selection on custom pages.Stacked on #1197 (lang-core dashboard support). Review against
abhin/dashboard-artifact-tool; merge #1197 first.Validation: the combined stack exactly matches the original branch before splitting, and both layer diffs pass
git diff --check. The 114 lang-core tests pass. React checks were not rerun because this split does not change the implementation.
