Owner request (2026-10-26): make PR quality by size a daily graph for the whole fleet, plain lines with no points, and bold, larger labels.

  • Daily: one point per day, each covering the 7 days ending on it (quality_days), so a new point lands every day without one day's handful of PRs swinging a line. A size line is drawn where a window has 5 merged PRs or more.
  • Whole fleet: reads factory.json's combined days, which is every host's hosts[<id>] summed. promoter-bot already records each host's day natively (yesterday, from the gate). Fleet history was backfilled Oct 12-25 for melek and Oct 18-25 for nyx.
  • Lines only: no circles; hover text is on each line. Bold, larger text throughout: title, axis ticks, end labels, tiles.
  • Tiles: the last 7 days against the 7 before.
  • The weekly report's markdown table is unchanged.

Tests: test_quality_sheet_draws_daily_rolling_fix_rates_by_size_and_causes; suite 154 passed. Companion: a promoter-bot fix so churn factory --days N stops undercounting older days.

… points, bold larger labels

Owner 2026-10-26: one point per day (the 7 days ending on it, so a new point lands every day without a day's
few PRs swinging a line), summed over every orchestrator host, plain lines, bold larger text. Tiles score the
last 7 days against the 7 before. The weekly report keeps its weekly table.
