[2d] Add onAnalysisChanged for Scripture edits #438
Description
Part of Phase 2 (#425) of the data layer plan.
onAnalysisChanged, addressed by source project, with its first producer: a Scripture edit names the book, and the WebView refetches.
Done when: editing Scripture refreshes the open view.
Depends on: 2b (#436).

Since 2a (#460), Scripture edits no longer refresh the open view: the WebView used to subscribe to the book's USJ itself, and now nothing tells it the text changed. Main lacks the refresh until this issue lands.
BookServicekeeps only each project's most recently requested book, and the whole-text read requests every book, so the open book's watch can't be relied on here; 2d needs its own watch on open books.Fetch and tokenize books in a host BookService (#435) (#460)
