Closes #4. I changed no commands: this PR updates the expected lines in the README prose and the versions and runs in REFERENCE.md.

Clean run

• Method: every sh block under Try it first was extracted from this branch's README and run verbatim, in order, from an empty folder. HOME, BUN_INSTALL_CACHE_DIR, UV_CACHE_DIR and XDG_CACHE_HOME all pointed at empty directories. The detector step uses the README's own uv run --with rtmlib --with onnxruntime.
• Step 10: serve.ts was started, and the page and the model were fetched (both HTTP 200). No browser was opened.
• Command: python3 run.py <empty dir> <empty HOME> uv, a runner that executes each step's blocks with bash -c 'set -e …' and records exit code and seconds.
• Wall clock: /usr/bin/time -p gave real 166.32 (user 107.97, sys 12.42) on an Apple M4. That includes the first-time downloads: the npm packages, the 41 MB example, and about 300 MB of pose models.
