fix(shared): delete unused agentAwareness phase predicates

Removed isTerminalAgentAwarenessPhase and isInterruptiveAgentAwarenessPhase from agentAwareness.ts.

They had zero importers across the repo. Removing only the export left private-unused dead code that failed lint, so the functions are deleted entirely.

vp lint passes clean.
