Smudgeplot all follows on from: #12959
This currently fails due to an issue with the tool not being able to handle datasets as small as those required for tests. As detailed here: KamilSJaron/smudgeplot#263
So this will fail. There isn't anything we can do about this until smudgeplot gets updated.
Anyway that this could still be added?
