What
Configure Electron’s chrome-sandbox helper on Linux GitHub Actions with the ownership and setuid permissions it requires, then re-enable the explicit-proxy Electron integration test on Linux CI. Keep the existing Windows CI skip.
Why
COMPASS-9232 tracks the Ubuntu CI failure: Electron aborts because the sandbox helper is not configured correctly, and the test’s before all hook subsequently times out. The Linux test was temporarily skipped in PR #523 while the failure was investigated.
