   I read this as part 2 of 3 of #13757, split at intake. The work is a testing PR with a run-e2e eval. In that eval, a failed values: source behind the hand-off must keep e2e-summary.json out of publishable. The done-when is exact, so I'm asking nothing. #13757, #13758 and #13760 are the parent and sibling parts of this split, not duplicates. I listed #13758 as a blocker because the test likely needs part 1's hand-off to exist. That is my inference, so a maintainer can correct it.
