   Understood: this is part 1 of 3 of #13757, split at intake. It asks for the app-control PR that adds a hub Mask hand-off and a none: values result. The PR needs drive evals for five cases: the hand-off, the unreadable target, a lone none:, mixed sources and an extra line. The done-when also needs a ## Mask heading in the control-claude-code-plugins skill and a passing check-map.test.sh. The done-when is exact, so nothing is missing. Parts 2 and 3 (#13759, #13760) and the parent #13757 are the same split, not duplicates.
