Overview
Release 0.115.0 ships the deferred search content API in the Node SDK: client.search.contents.fetch is documented as live and now returns a typed Response instead of void (a breaking change for TypeScript callers who assumed no body).

The update replaces the prior “reserved / 404” wording with behavior for retained searches—result_ids or limit, per-result outcomes, 404 for missing searches, and sequential browser fetches with timeouts. OpenAPI-aligned JSDoc is refreshed across search content options: source (auto / provider / browser), max_age_hours tied to retained provider content (not a Kernel page cache), optional temporary browser provisioning and concurrency 429 handling, and clearer response fields (fetched_at, truncated, cache_status). Usage.content_fetches is redefined to count browser retrievals that got a target response.

Version bumps and changelog only; no hand-written runtime logic beyond Stainless codegen.
