Resolve the scanner pin from the running workflow.

On a PR whose head predates this migration, GitHub runs the caller from the merge commit. The reusable reads jobs.scan.uses from the older PR head instead, so it rejects the legacy pin and fails the required check. A later pin update can similarly select an older scanner implementation. Pin a reusable workflow that resolves its own SHA from job.workflow_sha. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
