## Rust AST migration for CALL

Read-only subqueries add `ReadingClause::Call(Box<CypherQuery>)` and `LogicalOperator::{Apply, CallInput}`. Update exhaustive matches and visitors to recurse into the child query, including UNION branches. A leading plain importing `WITH` declares its available outer variables; other bindings stay in their own scope.
