Part of the standardize-readme-and-contributing change.

What

Applies the organization's approved README heading emoji convention:

Heading Now
Title # 🐙 Gitify
Features ## 📦 Features
Supported forges ## 🔌 Supported forges
Quick Start ## 🚀 Quick Start
Homebrew #### 🍺 Homebrew
Build & Development ## 🛠️ Build & Development
FAQ ## ❓ FAQ
Community & Support ## 🤝 Community & Support
License ## 📄 License

Notes

  • Heading lines only. All 11 badges, every link, the forge table and the social image are untouched.
  • 🐙 is the Gitify brand emoji already used for this repository elsewhere in the org (for example in gitify-specs).
  • 🔌 (forges/adapters), 🍺 (Homebrew) and ❓ (FAQ) are one-off choices for sections outside the shared vocabulary.
  • Contributing guides keep plain headings, so CONTRIBUTING.md is unchanged.

Applies the organization's approved README heading emoji convention.
