test(android): ignore flaky InternalSentrySdkTest case - #6078

The updateSessionForDroppedEventNonTerminating test that asserts on the persisted session.json intermittently fails with FileNotFoundException when reading the file back, meaning persistCurrentSession() did not leave a session file on disk in time. Seen across multiple unrelated PRs' build scans. Disabling with @ignore until root-caused so it stops blocking unrelated PRs. Co-Authored-By: Nelson Osacky <nelson.osacky@sentry.io>
