Untrusted Input Gate fails on master at "Every re-taken proposition is still anchored":

FAILED:
  - the corpus size is stated somewhere in the re-takes: 1146 appears nowhere -- the re-takes quote a corpus that has moved again

scripts/ci/test_retaken_propositions_still_match.py re-counts the .t27 files under specs/ outside specs/scratch (1146 on 4f65684d) and requires that number in docs/theory/IGLA-FORMAL-RESULTS.md. Bee port PRs add specs without re-taking the figures, so the document fell behind.

This adds a re-take block anchored at 4f65684d, from t27c impl-status --specs-dir specs run on that exact tree (compiler built from d4c4f2f4; bootstrap/ is identical at the anchor):

Measured

All 13 scripts of the gate's python3 scripts/ci/… steps pass locally on this branch except test_hooks_do_not_invent_an_issue_number.py, which needs .githooks/ and fails the same way on a sparse checkout of master (not touched here).

Not in this PR

The guard is unchanged. It will fail again the next time a PR moves the corpus without re-taking, which is its design; the PR that adds specs is expected to re-take, as #5473 did. #5473 adds a block of its own at the same place and will need a conflict resolution when master is merged into it.
