feat(automation): ball-board v2 -- refuse shared-domain links, title links, card specs - #5375

…links, card specs The first live read showed hh.ru as a counterparty on 50 unrelated matters; a domain link there would file them all under one client, so such links are refused. Blog PRs share a repository with everything else, so a title link claims work by its title's first word. Every card now names the spec it stands on, and code work that names none is counted, not given a fake one. Closes #5374 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…he caller's own only Owner asked to see the AI browser's work on the board and to open the browser from it at any moment, with users' data kept private. A fourth source reads only the caller's own browser session; a card carries state, its open ask and its last non-probe step, never a token, endpoint or pod, and opens /game/browser. The meetings the agent books now show on the board: the caller's own rows only, an ended unanswered meeting is due, one within a day is ours, and a card carries five columns -- never the tap or calendar token, the call link or the place. Its spec of record is automation/meeting-reminders. Closes #5416 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Closes #5374
From the first live read of the ball board (crm 6, mail 134, github 71 cards):
may_link/shared_domainrefuse a domain link on job boards, ATSs, mailbox providers, lists and submission systems. Email links at those domains stay allowed.title_claims: a title's head (first word, lower-cased, cut at ':' or space) claims the work, so blog PRs ("blog: ...") reach their client; "fix(blog): typo" does not. Weighed after the label, before the repository.card_spec: a path the title names wins, else the source's spec of record (CRM -> crm-client-workspace.t27, mail -> mail-push.t27); code work naming none is counted asunspecced, never given a fake link.t27c test-reportis BLOCKED on every spec comparing strings (Zig==on[]const u8) -- v1 and mail-push included; only host binding tests exercise them.RUN_LIVEstays false. Host change follows in 999-multibots-telegraf.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
