Release 0.0.34: the release web upload fix from #253.

• pubspec.yaml, example/pubspec.yaml, example/pubspec.lock: 0.0.33 to 0.0.34.
• CHANGELOG.md: the Unreleased entry becomes [0.0.34] - 2026-10-27 under Fixed.
• skills/magic-framework/SKILL.md: body stamp to 0.0.34 and the skill version to 0.1.72, since the references moved since 0.0.33 (docs(skills): stamp the starter reference for magic_starter 0.0.56 #250, docs(skills): stamp the starter reference for magic_starter 0.0.57 and document its layout options #251, docs(skills): stamp the notifications reference for magic_notifications 0.3.11 #252, and this PR).
• skills/magic-framework/references/plugin-starter.md: stamped v0.0.58 ahead of that release, which carries fix(profile): show why a profile photo upload failed magic_starter#220 (a failed profile photo upload shows its reason); the profile.profile row says so.

Behaviour change for consumers: on a release web build Http.upload now accepts a MagicFile or XFile, so an upload that silently failed before a request left the browser now reaches the server.

• flutter test: 2361 passed. flutter analyze: no issues. dart format --set-exit-if-changed .: clean.
• dart pub publish --dry-run: no warning beyond the uncommitted tree it ran on.
