Mostly Scala/Kotlin JSON and streaming features unrelated to this repo's usage, but includes deserialization-path hardening (bounded metadata decompression, tighter disallowed-class list) relevant to StreamLink payload handling. Wire format unchanged; no protocol/API impact here.

Bumps Fory 1.6.1 → 1.7.0. Release is dominated by new Scala/Kotlin JSON modules and incremental JSON stream decoding, none of which this repo uses. It also includes deserialization-path hardening (bounded metadata decompression, tighter disallowed-class list, cache-identity fixes) relevant to untrusted StreamLink payload handling; wire format is unchanged per upstream notes.
Verified:
datasourcex-utiltest suite (including the Fory persistent-collection serializers andValueOrCompletionexception-preservation test) passes,classescompiles,apiCheckis clean.
