Mostly Scala/Kotlin JSON and streaming features unrelated to this repo's usage, but includes deserialization-path hardening (bounded metadata decompression, tighter disallowed-class list) relevant to StreamLink payload handling. Wire format unchanged; no protocol/API impact here.

Stacked on #85 (1.6.1 backport). Bumps Fory 1.6.1 → 1.7.0 on 2.x, mirroring #86 on main.
Release is dominated by new Scala/Kotlin JSON modules and incremental JSON stream decoding, none of which this repo uses. It also includes deserialization-path hardening (bounded metadata decompression, tighter disallowed-class list, cache-identity fixes) relevant to untrusted StreamLink payload handling; wire format is unchanged per upstream notes.
