megabridge's bridge update has been failing since #4 merged. The new blockListChange implements GetChatInfoChange(ctx), but the mautrix-go that megabridge builds against (b5763ae) now expects GetChatInfoChange(ctx, portal), so the build stops at:

pkg/connector/blocking.go:122:39: *blockListChange does not implement bridgev2.RemoteChatInfoChange (wrong type for method GetChatInfoChange)

That blocks every bridge bump in megabridge, not only Reddit. This PR bumps mautrix-go to megabridge's pin and adds the *bridgev2.Portal parameter, which blockListChange doesn't use. The existing test call passes nil for it.
