Name lexer tokens after the MySQL grammar and default to MySQL 8.4.10 - #607
The mysql-parser lexer still used the token names of the MySQL Workbench lexer it was ported from, such as OPEN_PAR_SYMBOL or INT_NUMBER. The AST nodes already use names from the MySQL grammar (sql_yacc.yy), so code that uses the parser had to mix two naming schemes.
This PR names all lexer tokens after the MySQL grammar:
Tokens use their sql_yacc.yy names, such as IDENT, TEXT_STRING, NUM, or GT_SYM.
Single-character tokens have no usable grammar name, so they are named after the character, such as LEFT_PAREN, COMMA, or ASTERISK.
The end marker is YYEOF, as in the C code that Bison generates.
SINGLE_QUOTED_TEXT and DOUBLE_QUOTED_TEXT were two names for one token, so they are now one TEXT_STRING.
Keywords are still looked up by their SQL spelling in WP_MySQL_Lexer::KEYWORDS. The README now explains how to refer to grammar rules, keywords, and other tokens.
The lexer now defaults to MySQL 8.4.10, the version of its grammar and query corpus. With the old 8.0.38 default, version comments like /*!80400 ... */ were skipped. Three corpus queries with six-digit version comments now parse too.
The PR also fixes a few leftovers:
The grammar generators now use the MySQL tag of the fetched sources. Before, the build could write the old mysql-8.4.3 tag into the parse table header.
The unused WP_MySQL_Lexer::get_token_id() is removed.
The README no longer points to a token data file that doesn't exist.
A read_quoted_text() call no longer passes an argument that the method ignores.
PARAM_MARKER, UNDERSCORE_CHARSET, and END_OF_INPUT keep their names.
API changes
The package isn't published yet, and the driver still uses its own lexer, so no released code is affected.
Renamed token constants in WP_MySQL_Lexer (see the table above). get_name() returns the new names too, except for tokens with a keyword spelling, such as = for EQ or NULL for NULL_SYM.
RemovedWP_MySQL_Lexer::get_token_id().
Changed the default mysql_version from 80038 to 80410.
Fix BINARY and VARBINARY column defaults #596 merges without a Git conflict, but it adds four uses of NCHAR_TEXT and merges the two get_value() conditions into one. Whichever PR lands second must rename them to NCHAR_STRING and reformat the condition.
The MySQL parser now defaults to MySQL 8.4.10 and uses MySQL grammar terminal names for its public tokens. Applications that use the previous token names or the removed token-ID lookup method may need updates.
Documentation
Expanded guidance on token and AST naming, keyword handling, special terminals, token constants and IDs, and end markers. Added examples for querying descendant nodes and tokens.
The token constants kept the names of the MySQL Workbench lexer the package
was ported from (OPEN_PAR_SYMBOL, INT_NUMBER, BACK_TICK_QUOTED_ID, ...), and
generate-tokens.php mapped them to grammar terminals. Name them after their
sql_yacc.yy terminals instead (IDENT, NUM, TEXT_STRING, GT_SYM, ...), the same
source as the AST rule names.
Single-character terminals have no usable Bison name, so they are named after
the character (LEFT_PAREN, ASTERISK, ...). The old role names were often wrong,
e.g., "*" is also the SELECT wildcard. The end marker is YYEOF, as in the C code
that Bison generates.
SINGLE_QUOTED_TEXT and DOUBLE_QUOTED_TEXT were aliases of one terminal, so they
become a single TEXT_STRING constant. A new test guards against such aliases.
The MySQL parser lexer now exposes and emits grammar-named tokens. The token generators read the MySQL tag from a file, and the lexer’s default version and tests use MySQL 8.4.10. Token value handling, tests, and README documentation reflect the updated token names.

The fetch script records the selected MySQL tag, which the generators read from a mysql-tag file. The lexer constants use grammar names while retaining their numeric values. The README updates the generation diagram and documents token and AST-node naming.
Scanner token emission and values packages/mysql-parser/src/class-wp-mysql-lexer.php, packages/mysql-parser/src/class-wp-mysql-token.php
Scanner paths use renamed constants for punctuation, operators, identifiers, strings, numbers, variables, and end markers. get_token_id() is removed. Token value handling recognizes TEXT_STRING and IDENT_QUOTED.
Token tests and corpus validation packages/mysql-parser/tests/WP_MySQL_*_Tests.php
Tests use the updated token names and MySQL version 8.4.10. They add national-string cases and check that token constants have distinct numbers. The server corpus test expects 167 failures instead of 170.
WordPress/sqlite-database-integration#584: It changes the same lexer and server-corpus test expectations. Its use of AT_SIGN_SYMBOL overlaps with the token rename in this PR.
National string token values are incorrect for callers; fix the value handling before merging.

The other build scripts moved to mysql-8.4.10, but the parse table generator
still defaulted to mysql-8.4.3. Running bin/build-grammar wrote the old tag into
the parse table's source comment, although the table was built from 8.4.10.
Both generators kept their own copy of the default tag. The fetch script now
records the fetched tag in build/mysql-tag, and the generators read it from
there, so the generated files always name the grammar they were built from.
read_quoted_text() reads the quote character from the input and takes no
arguments, so the "'" passed for N'...' literals was silently ignored. Add
tests for national string literals, which had no direct lexer coverage.
The grammar build diagram still showed generate-tokens.php writing a separate
class-wp-mysql-tokens.php. The token data is now generated into the lexer class.
Nothing calls it, and it resolves only the named token constants, not
keywords, so it is not the inverse of get_token_name(). Keyword ids are
available via WP_MySQL_Lexer::KEYWORDS.
The lexer defaulted to MySQL 8.0.38, while its grammar, keywords, and query
corpus come from MySQL 8.4.10. Use 8.4.10 as the default, and in the corpus
test and the lexer test helpers.
Lexing the corpus as 8.4.10 fixes three queries from MySQL's own tests for
six-digit version comments, which the lexer read the MySQL 8.0 way.

Handle NCHAR_STRING in WP_MySQL_Token::get_value().
The public lexer emits NCHAR_STRING for N'abc' and n'abc'. get_value() decodes only TEXT_STRING and IDENT_QUOTED, so callers receive the raw token bytes instead of abc.
The token range includes the N prefix. Strip that prefix before applying the existing quoted-value decoding. Adding only NCHAR_STRING to the condition would treat N as the opening quote.

Update WP_MySQL_Token::get_value() to handle NCHAR_STRING tokens by removing the
leading N/n prefix before the existing quoted-value decoding, so the quote is
treated as the delimiter and callers receive the unquoted string. Preserve the
current decoding behavior for TEXT_STRING and IDENT_QUOTED.
