Publishes the completed DL-05 acceptance record in README, the automation integration plan, and the canonical Dual-Lab document. DL-05 Owner acceptance was completed separately with ACCEPT / PASS; the bounded offline Dual-Lab MVP is already accepted. This PR records that completed state and does not repeat acceptance or reopen DL-05.

The two status-record commits arec275b1b58a696b85a9d516ab1b15cceb77432ad2and295d7be0a86bfbe2607585368555d059a639942c; neither replaces that implementation identity or inherits its implementation CI/review.Only these documentation paths change:
README.mddocs/automation_readiness/actual_automation_integration_plan.mddocs/automation_readiness/dual_lab_vrrp_ai_query_mvp.mdNo source, tests, workflow, dependencies, runtime, sealed evidence, or authority changes. P3 remains OPEN_NON_BLOCKING, and the seven retained maintenance build warnings remain open. No live authority, live readiness, configuration mutation, provider/model integration, or production readiness is granted. DL-06's execution contract remains NOT_ESTABLISHED; predecessor acceptance and Stage-2 semantics are preserved.
Validation: the completed reconciliation checked acceptance identities, 78 local links, 12 anchors, readability, cross-document consistency, 1,018 protected tracked files, and 13 sealed evidence files. Its unstaged/staged diff checks passed. Publication independently verified the exact two-commit chain, three-file scope, clean worktree, unchanged authoritative main, and
git diff --check(exit 0). No local application tests, report-index, exact-SHA review, or Owner acceptance were rerun for publication.Any automatic Safe CI run triggered by this PR checks the documentation publication candidate; it does not redefine or revalidate a new DL-05 accepted implementation. No manual dispatch or rerun is requested. The documents' local/unpublished statements describe the completed reconciliation snapshot; this PR is the separately authorized publication step.
