Overview and Health retain audit rows on continuation failure, support retry and refresh cancellation, and follow opaque next_cursor values. The adapter reads stable IDs, actor aliases, structured subjects and string revisions, rejecting malformed or partial pages. Account Overview shows read-only runtime switch and scheduler observations; stale or unavailable evidence remains unknown.

Rebase onto the corrected #1011 frontend, including its display-test error exports and compatible dependency security updates. Regenerate the Worker asset map from the resulting source to resolve the generated-file conflict.

This PR still targets #1011; the backend stack is #1010 -> #1020 -> #1018. No decision, deployment or trading mutation is added.

How verified

• Passed full frontend npm run test:operations, including audit/readback adapter and render contracts.
• Passed TypeScript/Vite build, size budget, generated asset validation (28 assets, 88 references), and whitespace checks.
• Desktop (1440 x 1000) and mobile (390 x 844) Playwright screenshots cover all six pages in the isolated local synthetic environment. The screenshot manifest and limitations are recorded in the local REPORT.md. This is not production acceptance.
• Remote CI is evaluated on the rebased head. The owner-approval risk gate remains blocked under the explicit no-label instruction.
• No merge, label changes, deployment, IAM or secret changes.
