• Passed generated display-name/config checks, runtime settings validation, whitespace and documentation checks (zero blocking findings).
• Passed the complete local Python suite: 1,005 tests, 10 skipped, including the Bash 3 helper regressions.
• Remote CI is checked against the rebased head. The risk gate requires an owner-approved label, which this task explicitly prohibits adding.
• No cloud reads, dispatches, trading authority, deployment, IAM/secret changes, merge or labels. Production behavior remains unverified.
