Permissions are now grouped into separate application cards using the first segment of their key, so all tg:* permissions appear under Telegram. Known prefixes use readable names (Telegram, WhatsApp, Microsoft Entra, Website and PoliNetwork Auth); new prefixes automatically get their own section.

Adds application filter buttons, per-group counts, key-prefix labels and a Built-in badge. Search continues to match names, keys and descriptions, and also matches application names. The toolbar shows the filtered count when an application is selected.

Validation:

  • Format, lint and type checks pass for both changed files; full lint/type checks pass.
  • Test suite passed: 305 passed, 115 skipped; production build and server bundle check passed before the final application-label adjustment.
  • Full vp check encounters existing formatting in package.json.
  • Browser verification could not complete: the local Vite server hit a module transport timeout, and the preview reported Preview automation navigate timed out after 60000ms.

This is a presentation-only change; grouping follows key prefixes and requires no database migration.

Walkthrough

The permissions catalog now groups permissions by application and supports application filters. Search includes application labels, and result counts reflect the filtered count when applicable.

Changes

Permissions catalog

Layer / File(s) Summary
Permission filtering and grouping
src/routes/access/permissions/index.tsx, src/components/rbac/catalog-search.tsx
The page derives application keys and labels, filters and groups permissions by application, and sorts groups by permission key. Search also matches application labels. The search count shows “count of total” when the query is non-whitespace or the count differs from the total.
Application-based catalog presentation
src/routes/access/permissions/index.tsx
The page adds application filter buttons with counts, grouped application cards, and distinct empty states. Managed permissions display a “Built-in” badge.

Priority: ➖ Normal

Change: Feature

Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to 46635

Some users cannot find permissions by searching the application label shown in the catalog. This is a narrow presentation issue, but the existing fix should land before merge.

colon-free keys display the bare key instead of appending :*. Preserve the
wildcard suffix for keys that represent wildcard matches, using the existing
group/key logic around the KeyChip.
- Line 153: Update the filter-button label rendering around applicationLabel so
distinct permission keys such as tg:read and telegram:read cannot produce
identical labels; include the application prefix or otherwise disambiguate
colliding labels while preserving readable labels for non-colliding keys.

Reviewed the current head across repository standards and the PR specification, including two independent review rounds. No outstanding actionable finding. Application-prefix grouping, filter counts, permission gates and displayed-label search are consistent. Fixed the manifest formatting issue and displayed-label search. Validation: vp check passes; 305 unit tests and the production build/server-bundle check passed. The dependent search changes remain in #67 and will be merged after this PR. Administrative bypass is requested by the user for the human-review requirement.
