Several documentation improvements

I fixed a few documentation issues I found.

1. OpenPrinter content not being in the index. I was thinking of calling the category "Office", but the briefcase is more generic and not just an office utility.
2. Cards specifically made for mods that are only for old versions appearing in the index. I doubt any of these mods are updating.
3. Some doc pages not matching the item names or being semantically close enough. Biggest offender is the page for grog still using the old name, acid.
4. The doc says the mod uses Lua 5.2 when the default is Lua 5.3
