Rust Load and Store preserve the full block shape, so Direct and Transpose work with one-, two- and three-dimensional blocks, including
(11, 3, 1)and(8, 4, 4). CUB receives all three axes; payload values and validity bits use x-fastest thread rank. Launch preparation rejects a different shape even when the total thread count matches. Existing one-dimensional constructors remain supported.Compiler pins and lockfiles target the qualified Rust 1.99.1 toolchain. Owning validation passes: host tests, strict lints/docs and provider MSRV 1.85; 24 raw and 264 typed native requests; the 59-root DEV fixture checking 1,093 Direct and 1,305 Transpose cases; six sanitizer commands and ten expected traps, each followed by a successful health replay. Four private compiler controls pass (one accept, three rejects); the unchanged 20 public controls retain their Transpose evidence. CUBIN metadata matches all three axes and queried scratch layouts. Whole CUBINs differ from historical builds; no performance claim is made. Exact-head Rust host CI and all upstream checks pass.
