chore(dump): refresh static API for 2026-09-25 data

Static API refresh for the data merged into develop today, up to a57c7a6: #257 #258 #259 #260 #261 #262 #263 #264 #265 #266 #267 #268 #269 #270.

• New pages: GPUs, EPYC/Ryzen/Intel CPUs, Apple M1-M6 SoCs, MacBook models.
• Changed pages: the plausibility fixes, the GPU/Intel cross-check corrections and the Atom thread counts.
• About 3,100 CPU pages change only because their percentile shifts with the added CPUs.
• No orphaned pages. The six GPUs Remove six AMD GPUs imported with game-clock values #262 removed had never been dumped.
• Generated with the engine that includes Store phone RAM as a float so sub-GB phones can be served TechEngine#94 (phone ram_gb accepts sub-GB values; whole values still serialize as ints). Without it the dump crashes on the corrected 2007 iPhone.

#271 and #272 were merged after this snapshot and go in the next refresh.
