chore(dump): refresh static API for today's data

New GPUs, EPYC/Ryzen/Intel CPUs, Apple M-series SoCs, MacBook models, and
the plausibility, cross-check and thread-count corrections merged into
develop through a57c7a6. CPU percentile scores shift with the added CPUs.
