PR #69 added one test after the 2026-10-27 evidence line was written, so the README claimed 412 passed / 415 collected while main at 3280b92 runs 413 passed, 3 skipped, 416 collected. Re-verified locally 2026-10-29 on the merged main tree (full suite plus demo.py, demo_admission, demo_estop, demo_sla_escrow and the six-beat replay, all chains VERIFIED).

Re-verified locally 2026-10-29 on the merged main tree: full suite 413 passed, 3 skipped; demo.py VERIFIED (16 receipts); demo_admission both chains VERIFIED; demo_estop chains VERIFIED; demo_sla_escrow complete (1 capture); six-beat replay VERIFIED (26 receipts). One-line README change only.
