Reimplementation of #1090/#1095 that fixes the texture updating issue. Akasha's Gambit can now overwrite existing shelves if the pattern matches, and shelves can be sealed (with anything from the
seal_materialstag) to prevent this. Also adds a proper mishap for unsuccessful akashic writes, rather than silent failure.This PR also fixes the manual shift-click erase feature - I think something in the 1.21 port broke it.
NOTE: updating preexisting worlds to use this version will cause filled akashic shelves to lose their books, appearing as an empty shelf with a pattern on the front. This is purely visual - the stored iotas will not be lost.
