Allows overwriting existing pattern keys in akashic libraries.

Fixes #660
Resolves #231

When a shelf is overwritten with an iota of a different type, the color of the books in the shelf does not change until a block is placed or broken anywhere in the world.

The book colors still do not change, I may need to add a block entity renderer for this.
