I build for my own workflow: a custom NixOS distro, Roblox VMs and games, and a nostalgic little corner of the personal web.
Everyone calls me Ryry on my own systems — Linux enthusiast, retro computing fan, and hobbyist dev across a few very different stacks.

Current focus

  • Building Cupcakes OS, a custom NixOS-based Linux distribution — GTK4/libadwaita GUI installer, a TUI installer, and ANIX, a CLI management layer.
  • Tuning AMD RX 9060 XT (RDNA4) driver and kernel support, and squeezing out gaming performance on NixOS with GameMode.
  • Expanding Ryry Productions, my Neocities site — games showcase and a Zonelets-powered blog.
  • Building Roblox games and tools in Luau, including a custom virtual machine, a Befunge interpreter, and a ray-casting demo.
