When the practitioner answer 9 out of 10 question, it will only account for 9 question instead of 10 in the final calculation. Hence it might result in decimal value instead of round integer. (93.33 instead of 90.00)
Also fixed the seeder so it will not complain about permission issue in Assistant and Praktikans
