Multi-package containers for two Galaxy tools in the shigella_typing suite (Tool Shed owner tinustk), requested by Galaxy Australia so the tools can run with Singularity:

• mykrobe_shigella: mykrobe=0.13.0,python=3.12,setuptools=80.10.2 → mulled-v2-7acdbc45c5bfb4f760cf0d050a399723eaa66bef:9818c34d977963df745e55f26a5065625e265277
• shigapass_typing: blast=2.17.0,mykrobe=0.13.0,python=3.12,setuptools=80.10.2,shigapass=1.5.0 → mulled-v2-6a38f5a7b15f5b3fc47af1a2657e729f39012092:415c3538f9fd2baec2e83f24ea3b147dcc5bfd7a

setuptools is pinned below 81 because Mykrobe 0.13.0 imports pkg_resources. Both combinations resolve on linux-64 (conda-forge, bioconda).

Tested before marking ready: both combinations build with the same mulled_build_files ... build-and-test command as this repo's CI (Docker and Singularity), and the Galaxy wrapper tests for the tools that use them pass inside the built images (planemo test --biocontainers --no_conda_auto_init, Galaxy release_25.1, 8/8 passed; each job ran in the ...-0 image for its tool).
