Fix strings to be formal Spanish

Description

These were changes I made in the voter registration button PR that were pulled out.
This is my attempt to correct the Spanish strings, where there was a mix of formal and informal,
I made it all formal. I'm not a native speaker, feel free to have this reviewed by a native speaker.
