Closes #9. UIContext.FindLayoutProblems(root, options) returns LayoutProblem items (kind TextClipped, TextWrappedPastBox, ChildOutsideParent, OutsideViewport or ClippedByAncestor; control, name, classes, origin when the view carries it in the origin data attribute, overflow in pixels, message). Built on Label.TextFit (#8) and the layout the controls already have. LayoutProblemOptions selects kinds, tolerance, and whether scrolling containers are ignored. UIContext becomes partial. Additive; tests for each kind, the fitting case, scrolling containers, filtering and stability.

…owing controls

Text clipped or wrapped past its box (Label.TextFit and buttons), controls past their parent, a clipping ancestor or the viewport, with name, classes, origin and the overflow in pixels. Refs #9.
