Add url: operator known-issue caveat after search index migration

Adds a warning to the search operators page: since the May 4, 2026 migration to the new search index, url: queries can miss some original Posts that link to a matching URL, even though those Posts return the URL in entities.urls.expanded_url on GET /2/tweets/:id. Both search results and counts are affected.

Reported in https://devcommunity.x.com/t/274073 (example: url:theguardian.com -is:retweet on 2026-04-19 returns a complete 34-result window consistent with counts, yet original Post 2045933699535950141 with a Guardian expanded_url is missing).
