The README still named facade 0.6.47 with Web Host 1.0.67 and npm 0.0.67. The changelog records the hand-published 0.6.50. The vendored scripts and their source maps from the 1.0.68 CDN are identical to the committed files, so they do not change.

Targets Web Host 1.0.68 in the facade: the CDN reference in
_index.yaml,Makefile,README.mdand the two tests that assert the URL.This stays a draft until the Host is deployed.
public/@wippy-fe/loading.jsmust be re-vendored from the new CDN path first, because that path does not exist before the deploy.Verification: 109 facade tests pass locally on runtime 0.3.57a.
