No package.json exists in this static site, so the lockfile has no purpose — its presence made Cloudflare Pages auto-detect an npm project and fail running npm ci. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Cloudflare Pages always runs npm clean-install regardless of the missing lockfile — the previous fix removed the stray lockfile but that step still errors with no package.json to read. Adding a dependency-free package.json/lockfile lets npm ci succeed as a no-op on this static site. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
